I found this great YouTube channel with many documentaciónes en español
With the browser extention "Language reactor" you can translate videos and learn vocabulary at the same time. Unfortunatly it is not available for firefox yet, but soon. So you have to use the Chrome browser.
My plan is, to watch one video una vez por semana.
